Our Products
BREEZON 20-15 STERN DRIVE
Our Pilman-Aquatorque Stern Drive is built with robust construction, featuring an integral forward-reverse mechanism for seamless operation. Available in two gear ratios of 1:1 and 1.5:1, with custom ratios upon request, our system offers versatility to suit varied marine needs.
Crafted with precision, our stern drives accommodate bronze or aluminum propellers ranging from 12 to 14 inches in diameter. Additionally, our offerings include torque limiters, neoprene rubber flexible impeller sea water pumps, and specially designed heat exchangers. horsepower or 145 kilograms.
As a testament to our commitment to innovation, we have a pending patent on our stern drive design, with design registrations for the sea water pump and torque limiter secured. Rigorously tested for fuel efficiency using a Mitsubishi L Series 3-cylinder engine and for endurance by the Central Institute of Fisheries Technology (Government of India) at Wellington Island, Cochin.
Experience the power and reliability of Pilman-Aquatorque Stern Drive, tested and proven in the Indian Ocean with a remarkable Bollard Pull Test, delivering 21.4 horsepower at 3,600 rpm, resulting in a Bollard Pull Test of 14.58 horsepower or 145 kilograms.

Key Advantage: Fuel Efficiency
Efficient Coupling: BREEZON Stern Drives paired with a reliable 20 HP Vst Mitsubishi 3-cylinder diesel engine, with ongoing development for compatibility with other engines.
Optimized Performance: With a 20 HP engine, our system delivers impressive speed, subject to boat design parameters.
Proven Efficiency: During testing, fuel consumption was recorded at two liters per hour at 3/4 power cruising speed and three liters per hour at full throttle.
Visible Benefits: Compared to a two-stroke kerosene outboard consuming 8-10 liters per hour or a petrol outboard consuming 3-5 liters per hour (factoring in the ~50% price premium of petrol over diesel in developing countries), our system offers significant fuel savings.
Other Advantages
Spare Parts Availability: Designed and manufactured in India specifically for Indian fishermen, ensuring cost-effective spare parts availability.
Lifting Mechanism: Equipped with an inboard handle for lifting above the keel, facilitating easy pulling ashore.
One Day Fitment: Easily fitted onto any perpendicular transom, common to most Indian fishing boats, within a single day, minimizing downtime.
Continuous Engine Usage: Enables longer continuous engine usage, ideal for trolling and cruising.
Environmental Compliance: Produces no pollution and adheres to environmental standards.
Robust Construction: Sturdy construction necessitating lower maintenance requirements.
Compatible Boat Sizes: Suitable for installation on 28 to 40-foot fishing boats, ensuring versatility and adaptability.
